TSUKI Project Registration Form
This form will guide you through the process of registering to the TSUKI Project, and the processes involved. Please read the form carefully, otherwise you may be harmed or your registration will not pass. Follow all instructions as explained.
Registering will cause you to be transferred to the LFE System after death in the Life System. If this is not what you want, close this page.

Safety Warnings
Please understand that although the registration process may seem simple, registration may or may not be a burden to you. It is therefore vital that you understand what you are doing before continuing, to ensure not only your own safety, but also that of those around you. Please put considerable time and thought into not only the process, but also the thought path before it — this is a decision for life.
- The Project is experimental. Although extensively tested, its effects are not fully mapped.
- The Project does not protect against soulshatters after the mission ends.
- The Project places a so-called “forcebond” on migrants, as to prevent shattering.
- The Project releases all forcebonds when you reach the age of 12 in LFE, or when you unregister or are unregistered from the Project.
- The Project may cause soul harm which cannot be insured against.
- You cannot sign out of the Project after its Life element ends, such as when Life is unlinked.
- Your ability to participate and your ability to sign out may be cancelled at any point in time.
- You will not be able to return to Life after transferring.

Warranties
The Project insures you against some potential harm. These harms include soulshatter (during transfer) and memory loss (during transfer). Any other harm is not insured.
The Project may give you the ability to upload computer data to be transferred. These are not insured either.
Once you hit the age of 12 in LFE, all these warranties are automatically void.
IMPORTANT: We cannot insure those under 13 in Life. For this and other legal reasons, we do not accept registrations from those under 13.

Agreement
Before we may accept your registration, you'll need to accept the following terms, through clicking their appropriate boxes:
I will be transferred over to the LFE System after my death in Life, as long as I do not soulshatter and my contract is active at that moment.
I understand that I will lose all physical data, including but not limited to my body. An exception is made for certain files.
I also understand that most of my memories will be kept, unless later specified.
I understand that I will no longer be able to sign out after Life is unlinked or the mission otherwise ends.
I understand that both my ability to participate and my ability to leave may be cancelled at any time.
I allow TSUKI (including a human representative) to look up my soul, and make changes to it, such as attaching an EID.
I understand that, although I am insured against soulshatter and memory loss, I may be seriously hurt in any way by participating.
I understand that I will never be able to return to Life after transferring.
I will never cause harm to the Project, its registrants or its executives.
I have thoroughly read the Terms of Service, and have decided that I still wish to participate.

Setup
You'll need some things to continue registering. Please grab yourself:
- Pen and paper (or any other analog substitute)
- A camera (phone cameras work too)
You'll also need:
- At least 5 minutes of free time
- An active email address
- A soul with at least -30S (if you don't know what this is, you may ignore it)
It's recommended you do the next actions in peace.

Personal info I
For legal and warranty reasons, we need some basic personal info about you. This data will never be shared with anyone.
Once you have entered your age, press FORWARD.
Personal info II
To be able to send you your EID, as well as other important emails about your registration, you must enter your email address below. This data will never be shared with anyone.
It is absolutely vital that the email address you entered is correct.
Do not use throwaway or temporary email addresses, as it may take multiple days to get your EID, and you may get urgent emails at any time.
Once you have entered your email address, press FORWARD.
Signing
To locate your soul, we'll need you to draw something. Grab a piece of paper and a pen, and draw:
- A drawn image. (The image or your drawing ability don't matter, this is merely to increase the amount of data points)
- The code “a62cd92b2104acbd928ccb29”, handwritten on the same piece of paper.

Once you are comfortable with your drawing, press FORWARD.
Recording
Now that you have a drawing on paper, please take a picture of it, using a camera, your phone, or whatever works for you. However, do not scan the picture, data will be lost that way. (EXIF data is automatically removed, but you may remove it yourself as you please)
