So you misplaced your EID, and the dog ate it, and then spit it out into the shredder. Understandable, it happens to all of us. Or maybe you accidentally deleted the email as well as your local copy (which I hope you saved). Select your situation, and we can help get you back on track.

I need to upgrade my EIDv1 to v2

You're an older registrant, but your EID has no letters at the end. This path will guide you to a new, shiny EIDv2.

I have a mnemonic

Good for you! Follow this path, and your EID will be restored right away. (Mnemonics are 16 random lowercase words.)

I don't have a mnemonic
